Siabost to Uig on Skye Day 7

The weather deteriorated and a thick drizzle had come in as we cycled into Siabost. The camp site was well equipped a bit quirky perhaps but comfortable for cyclists. It has a kitchen with a kettle and a room to eat in and charge phones.
We chatted to a couple of lads who were also cycling they had been cycling on the mainland and had come from Ullapool to Sornoway and where now heading in our direction.
We woke up to promising weather it was not raining or blowing a gale :)
When we planned this trip we always intended it to be a fluid arrangement and we had not thought about when or if we would arrive at Calanish.
We arrived on mid summers eve and it was busy and difficult to talk a picture without someone photo bombing it.

 Are they rain clouds ??
Back at the cafe at Lacasaidh for more soup and cake :) .
The start of the pass over the hills of Harris and the rain is stating :(
We were destined not to see the Harris hills on this trip

A brief glimpse of nice weather

Before the rain really started as we headed up the last part of the climb
At the top of the pass all down hill now :)
Sun Shinning in Tarbet and felling quite warm :)
View back to Harris from the evening ferry to Uig Skye.
